Inexperienced Tactitian Looking For Some Input
I would say this is a pretty balanced build. It has a good amount of enchant removal, hex removal, hexing, damage output, defense may be a little lacking, but i dont know. Conditions and degen are added because from what my research says, degen is a good way take the advantage when facing a team very even with you.
Disregard the names on the side, those are soley for my guild mates.
Here it is...

Just the first few things that poped out at me:
1. You have no actual condition removal, although draw is an awsome skill.
2. One ressurection signet and one hard ressurect just isin't enough. I'd try to fit in res sigs on most of your charactars(but not on monks).
3. Your warrior has no Frenzy. Frenzy rocks.
4. Superior runes are good. That said I'd definently rework the attributes of your warrior (12+1+3 hammer) and your boonprot (12+1+3 divine favor) if not some other charactars.
Well, that's all for now - back to Guildwars. If I get a chance later tonight I'll post more indepth, if not I'll do so sometime tommorow.

Hope that stays true to your vision, which I think was degen+spike. Let the assassin run around jagged strikeing people with apply on, let the necro throw his degen around, and have the edenial deny a threat, or maybe a monk. When you're ready for a spike, Blackout on monk, throw SS on the other, then lay him out with the assassin, warrior, necro, and maybe the edenial can throw a burn his way. You have enough interupts to get yourself through a spike, and though you're a bit light on the antiwarrior, I think that you'll be able to pull through.
I had some trouble trying to make your assassin work, and I don't even know if he's still worth much. Temple is the only fitting elite I could find, but it forces you to take another offhand. He and your edenial still might have some emanagement troubles, same with the hammer, actually. I'd probably trade IB for MB if that's the case. You runner might want to drop Vapor for Extinguish or another utility, maybe a selfheal. I don't really know about shadow Shroud mesmers, so that was my best shot at one.
You should try fix your adversion to sup runes, they really are worth it.
